30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
• Items marked "Final Sale" and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

United States: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@smartprintai.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and reply within 48 hours with an RMA number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the provided label (US) or your own tracked shipping (international).
4. Your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
